12 - 12:45pm:         ShatKarma cleansing practices incl Jala Neti (free pot) w/Dianne
12:45- 1:45pm:       Yummy veggie/vegan lunch incl herbal teas and sugar free dessert
1:45 - 2:30pm:        Yoga Nidra / Meditation calming the 'monkey mind' w/Dianne
2:30 - 4:00pm:        Yin Yoga ... release and relax with aromatherapy oils and crystal bowl sound bath w/Beth

Sophisticated Suppers on Saturdays

Come and lie down and allow the sounds of gongs, bells and bowls to take you on a magical journey...into the heart of silence.
A deeply meditative and rejuvenating experience beneficial for mind, body and soul.

The Gong Bath / Sound Meditation is a wonderfully healing and relaxing opportunity for you to deeply nurture yourself.
