Walk, Stretch, Relax

A seven week course aimed at improving your cardiovascular fitness through walking by the River Ivel and surrounding pathways, gradually building up the time spent walking as well as the pace from week to week. The walk is followed by gentle yoga based stretches (suitable for total beginners) to stretch out the body and we finish with a long relaxation, lying down with pillows and blankets as required. 

Participants will be encouraged to continue their walking throughout the week between sessions so that fitness levels gradually increase over the 6 weeks.
