Post Natal FitBack and Bumps class

This is an educational exercise programme run by Chartered Physiotherapists.  It consists of 4 one hour sessions incorporating exercises, stretches and discussions on different topics. These include;

• Safe exercises to do after pregnancy

• Regaining core muscles after pregnancy

• Regaining pelvic floor muscles after pregnancy

• Postural advice and tips on avoiding and treating low back and pelvic pain

Participants will receive a pack containing an educational booklet and exercise cards so they can continue the exercises at home.  Mums can start the programme once they have had their 6 week post natal check with their GP.

The programme can be run on a one to one basis or in groups of up to 8 people.
