I am a qualified and approved life coach. Previously I was employed in Education as a teacher for over 25 years with many areas of responsibility and I have also studied natural nutrition. I bring this wealth of work experience into my coaching sessions. During difficult life changes that many women go through or may go through, I experienced the very positive benefits of coaching and then gradually changed my life for the better and the beliefs I held about myself. I created TIME FOR ME COACHING as I am passionate about giving support and encouragement to other women so they too can achieve more from their own life, as well as have time for themselves and the things they wish to do. I offer personal coaching and will be offering group interactive sessions focussing on health and fitness.
I am also an experienced British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and have taught both beginners and more advanced students through a variety of sessions, courses and locations for over fifteen years. I run foundation courses for students who wish to move onto the British Wheel of yoga teaching diploma and have also developed and run my own successful Yoga Child sessions for children aged 5 to 11 years. I now run sessions for teenagers in many local schools. As well as yoga sessions for adults and children I offer Walk/Stretch/Relax sessions.
