What is it?
Designed to cater for a range of abilities, in these friendly boot camp-style classes you will improve your fitness and tone your body.
The emphasis is on variety and fun as well as getting a good workout so you’ll see a mix of individual, partner and team exercises (and games!). In addition to our own body weight we train with a range of equipment – weights, balls, resistance bands and agility ladders are among the kit we use to keep things interesting…
The sessions last 60 minutes, and are led by personal trainer Liz Burfield.
Do I need to book?
Booking is not compulsory for drop in classes, and you can just turn up for the class. However some classes get full. You may therefore wish to reserve your spot in advance by contacting the Centre on 01767 319 012 or by booking online.
What should I wear?
You don’t need to wear anything special for the boot camp – just make sure you are comfortable moving in your clothes and that you have a pair of decent (not fashion) trainers.
Should I bring anything?
Bring a bottle of water so you can keep hydrated.
