About

The Courtyard Centre was founded by a family of 3 passionate yogis. It began with a vision to create a peaceful place for wellbeing where people can come to relax, take time for themselves, maintain or develop a healthy lifestyle, try something new and connect with others. Whether that be through a class, therapy, event, workshop or retreat, we aim to cater for all ages and stages of life in our community. Everyone is welcome and can experience the benefits of yoga or our other wellbeing practices that we offer, regardless of age, size, gender, health challenge or level of fitness.

We’ve created our centre to be a sanctuary away from the noise and bustle of Biggleswade town centre; somewhere calm and tranquil, that can be a part of people’s everyday lives. We have 2 beautiful studios, 2 treatment rooms and of course our lovely courtyard garden. Onsite we also have The Happy Cats clinic bringing expert care to your purr babies and The Barre studio run by Hannah.

The building itself is a beautiful Grade II listed Tudor building with a long and fascinating history.  The premises were restored and refurbished by Dianne Kenny who continues the tradition of a family run business by working there with her twin daughters, Bethshona and Tamsin.
